Attention spans have become so short that TV commercials must repeat three times during each commercial break in a desperate bid to distract viewers' attention away from their cell phones.

This could be an ominous sign for the Economy if the strategy doesn't get viewers to remember to buy advertised goods.

Scarier still is the prospect of how they will focus on the task of running the world.
